Thursday, November 5, 2009 WASHINGTON DC (Today) – Congressman Michael Honda (D-CA), chairman of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC), hosts a meeting today with Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to address ethnic and racial health disparities in the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.
